Yes! We follow manufacturer guidelines for every brand and model to make sure your seat stays safe and warranty-compliant. 

Yes! Many families book 2+ seats or even strollers at the same time, and we do offer multi-seat discounts (3 seats max per individual per appointment). 

We recommend a deep clean every 3-6 months, or sooner after major spills, sickness, or heavy daily use.

Parents uninstall and reinstall their own seats for safety, and we handle the cleaning. Bases can also be cleaned for an additional $10.  We use only gentle, non-toxic products (Branch Basics, gentle detergent, mild dish soap) and follow each brand’s care instructions—whether machine washable or hand-clean only.

I primarily serve families within Washington and Waukesha Counties. All pickup and drop-off services include a flat fee of either $15 or $20 depending on the county.  Any pick-ups and drop-offs that you choose to schedule will be based out of Hartford, WI,  where we operate.   If you’re located outside of these areas, I may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
